Statement of Sustainability

University of Florida IFAS Extension has provided funding for professional development for previous International training for extension faculty. Currently extension provides annually $150,000 for professional development. Extension has provided for the funding match required for this project. This professional development will be an institutional building model for future professional development for University of Florida IFAS Extension faculty and other state extension systems. The partnerships developed will be encouraged in additional types of professional development.
